Is there really no upfront cost?
I build your site first and you see the finished product. You only pay if you want to use it.
Can I see my site before committing?
Absolutely. I build your complete website and send you the link. Review it on your phone, share it with your team, take your time. You only move forward when you're happy with it.
What if I need changes?
Two revision rounds are included before launch. Tell me what you'd like different and I'll send you an updated link. If you need more rounds after that, they're available as an add-on.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no fees, no questions. You can buy your site outright at any point by paying the remaining buyout difference. Or just walk away, no extra charge. Details are on the pricing page.
Do I own my website?
Your monthly payments count toward ownership. At month 18, the site is yours automatically. You can also buy it outright for $1,782 at any time, or pay the remaining difference if you've been paying monthly.
Once you own your site, you get all the files. Standard HTML and CSS, host it anywhere you'd like.
Can you update my site after it launches?
Unlimited content updates are included, even new pages. New hours, price changes, seasonal specials, a new team member, an extra page for catering. Just send me the content and I'll handle it.

What do I get every month?
A monthly report showing your traffic, search visibility, and site health. Plus monitoring that catches broken links, security issues, and accessibility problems before they affect your customers.
Do you work with my industry?
I work with a range of small businesses, from bakeries and salons to contractors and professional services. I research your industry before I start building so the site fits your customers.
What about my domain name?
If you already have one, I'll connect it to your new site. If you need one, I can help you pick and register it. Either way, I handle the technical setup.
Do I need to worry about hosting?
Nope. Hosting is included. Your site stays fast, secure, and online. I take care of all of that.
