What I collect

Business information

Name, URL, industry, location, and description from your get-started form and public sources.

Contact details

Email and phone number you provide when requesting a preview or contacting me.

Account credentials

Managed through Supabase Auth if you access the client dashboard.

Payment information

Processed by Stripe. I don't store your card details.

Site content

Scraped website content, Google reviews (via Places API), and PageSpeed scores used to build your site.

Monitoring data

Core Web Vitals, uptime, broken links, and accessibility metrics collected for your monthly reports.

How I use it

Your information is used to build your website, process payments, send service communications (including monthly reports), monitor site performance, and improve the service.

Third-party services

I share data with these services as needed to operate:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email
• Cloudflare — DNS and CDN
• Google APIs — reviews and PageSpeed data
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

How long I keep it

Account data is kept while your service is active. After cancellation, your site remains live for 30 days, then configuration is archived but not deleted.

Your rights

CCPA and GDPR protections apply. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@keithkelly.dev.

Children

This service is not directed at anyone under 13.

Updates

I may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
