Terms of Service

Effective March 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using this site or signing up for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the service for anything illegal or harmful.

4. Service description

I offer two options: a $99/month subscription (month-to-month, cancel anytime) or a $1,782 one-time purchase with self-hosted files.

5. What's included (monthly)

  • All the standard pages your business needs
  • Content sourced from your existing site
  • Unlimited content updates, including new pages
  • Google Reviews integration, refreshed monthly
  • Monthly performance report
  • Broken link monitoring and fixes
  • Core Web Vitals tracking
  • Automated backups
  • Security and accessibility monitoring
  • Hosting with SSL
  • Client dashboard access

6. What's not included

  • Domain registration
  • Design changes ($300+)
  • New copywriting ($300/page)

7. Payment terms

Billing begins when your site launches, processed through Stripe. Failed payments trigger a two-week retry period, followed by a 7-day window to update your card.

8. Ownership and buyout

At month 18, you own the site after accumulating $1,782 in payments. After ownership, the service continues at the same price with the same included services.

9. Cancellation

No termination fees. After exit, your site stays hosted for 30 days (hosting only, no services).

10. Content accuracy

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide. I source content from your existing site and public information.

11. Intellectual property

Once you own the site (at month 18 or via buyout), you own all site files. Until ownership, I retain intellectual property rights to the design and code.

12. Liability

The service is provided "as is." I'm not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or downtime beyond reasonable control.

13. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms, with notice when possible.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

15. Updates

I may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
